Your right to cancel

If you're a consumer ordering from the UK or EU, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To do this, email tom.burrowskb@gmail.com within that window.

Once you've told us you want to cancel, you have a further 14 days to send the print back to us. You'll need to cover the cost of return postage, and we recommend using a tracked service — we can't refund a return that doesn't reach us. Prints must be returned unused and in their original packaging where possible.

Refunds

Once we've received your return and checked it, we'll refund the cost of the print to your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping charges are refunded too, though we may deduct a reasonable amount if the print shows signs of use beyond what's needed to check it.

Damaged or faulty prints

If your print arrives damaged, contact tom.burrowskb@gmail.com with a photo as soon as possible and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return postage.

International orders

For orders shipped outside the UK, you're responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged on delivery. These aren't included in the order price and can't be refunded by us if you cancel an order after it's been dispatched.
